Brooke's Mural is almost finished!

I've been working on this all week, and I only have one wall left to do... but here is my progress thus far:

Earlier today I was tagging a HUGE pile of clothes and realized that the store was aweful quiet. I looked around, Brooke was on the sofa watching TV, Dom was playing Legos..But Diana was nowhere to be found...until I started looking:

Last night I was working on a mural in Brooke's room and she's asks me the following:

"Mom, when you were little did you have to joust people to make them leave you alone?"

JOUST? JOUST??

Yep, Brooke I jousted my heart out and then had tea with Lancelot! LOL

(And yes, she DID know what Jousting is)

Diana's 15 month check-up

Diana had her 15 month check-up yesterday. Everything looks great! Here are her stats:

Weight: 20lbs 9.6oz
Height: 30"
Head: 46cm (She's got my globe)
Chest: 47cm

The First Time I've missed Florida ....

For the first time in 6 months, I actually missed home today. And the only thing I miss is the sky! LOL

It's been dreary and gray all day. No sun, no clouds, just one big blanket of gray over everything.

This was taken about this time last year in our front yard.

Another Reason I hate Sylvia Brown!!!!

Four months after Shawn Hornbeck disappeared, his parents went on the Montel show. Sylvia Browne told them he was dead, taken by a hispanic man who drove a blue sedan. She said his body would be found in between two large boulders in the woods, and his bicycle would be found in a dump. The sad thing is that people actually redirected their search for him after Browne's claims and started looking for the boulders. Browne also offered to help Hornbeck's parents further, at a cost of $1400.00 per hour.

Can you imagine??? I don't believe in psychics, but I would have to guess that if there are some legit one's out there that their "gift" would be more of a burden than a blessing. I doubt you'd find them on the 6 o'clock news soliciting their services.
