Hope your day was as wonderful as ours.
The day came and went and in the end, all of the kids got exactly what they wanted. The sign of a good Christmas is when you lack anything to be returned the next day! LOL

Twas The Night Before Christmas
Twas the Night before Christmas
And All through the house
Not a creature was stirring
Not even a mouse
Errr... Well, that'snot exactly true, I was up and "stirring" plenty.
The kids didn't doze off until around 10pm so I was up wrapping, assembling and stuffing until (drum roll please) FIVE am. Luckily, our kids showed mercy and didn't wake up until around 8:45am.

How To Ruin a Perfectly Good Tree
Step One: Adopt two kittens
Step Two: Adopt a Dog
Step Three: Sit back and watch as they destroy a perfectly decorated tree.
The lack of ornamentation at the base of the tree was NOT intentional. Brutus ate off all the flowers and the cats took the little gold springy things off and ruined the ribbon. Next year I'm investing in muzzles for the whole lot of them. LOL

Dominick's Picture
It's not often that Dominick hands me a picture that doesn't need interpretation.
He calls this "Boat Racer". For those of you not used to 4 year old art work, this is Dom in boat, holding a fishing line. (There is also a motor on the back). LOL

SANTA!
You can't ring in the holiday season without the annual trip to see Santa.
Dom enjoyed himself and took the opportunity to tell Santa EVERYTHING he expects to receive this year and Diana took the opportunity to whimper in my arms. She was NOT fond of ol' Saint Nick.
