I knew it wouldn't take long for Dom to learn to ride his bike without training wheels, but I forgot to take into account that Christina is possibly the best instructor on the subject!

D-R-A-M-A in the form of:
Red Ballet Flats
We took the kids shopping over the weekend and while in Baby Gap Diana fell in love with these "baweena shoes" as she calls them. (Ballerina shoes)
The smallest size they had was a 6 and Diana still wears a 5, so I explained to her that they didn't fit and put them back.
And She picked them back up.
So I put them back.
She picked them up AGAIN and walked straight to the counter, head held high, placed them by the register, looked the clerk straight in the eye and said (In her most serious tone) "I'll take these please".

The clerk who had been watching our exchange could hardly stifle the laughs. LOL
I gave in and let Diana buy her "baweens shoes".
The clerk gave her her very own bag and Diana carried
that bag around for the rest of the day proud as a peacock!
(She also has worn them all day despite the fact that they flip up in the back)

Ding Dong, the goat is GONE
It's not that I didn't like the little beast, he was too cute, but he was after all .... A GOAT!
One of Ed's friends owns a petting zoo just out of town and offered to take the goat to live there where he'd have all sorts of other goaty friends to play with.
Dom is looking forward to visiting the petting zoo this Sunday.

GIFTS
Anthony was pretty low maintenance this year and didn't want much of
anything.
He got a new PSP game, some CD's, clothes and a generous
amount of cash. (We're taking him out shopping tomorrow for some goodies).

Thank you to all of our family who remembered Anthony
on his special day.
He was SOOOO excited about this birthday so all of the
cards, calls and well wishes made it even more special for him!

Birthday Dinner
Anthony chose to have his birthday dinner at the Cracker Barrel and it was DELISH!
While we were waiting for our table, Anthony and the girls modeled these funny easter hats.
