Sunday afternoon I enlisted the help of Kristen and Diana to shuck the corn for dinner. It was the cutest sight, they both took it very seriously and worked hard getting the job done. I even made up a little song to keep them going:
PUT IT IN THE BOWL!
PUT IT IN THE BOWL!
TAKE IT OFF
TAKE IT OFF
AND PUT IT IN THE BOWL ! ! !
At one point I had this conversation with the girls:
Me: I am so happy you guys are working together on this!
Kristen: Yeah, I am really happy.
Diana: I am happy too
Kristen: (with the biggest smile you've ever seen) I am happy FIRST
Diana: No, I am happy first
And so on and so on!
