Red Ballet Flats
We took the kids shopping over the weekend and while in Baby Gap Diana fell in love with these "baweena shoes" as she calls them. (Ballerina shoes)
The smallest size they had was a 6 and Diana still wears a 5, so I explained to her that they didn't fit and put them back.
And She picked them back up.
So I put them back.
She picked them up AGAIN and walked straight to the counter, head held high, placed them by the register, looked the clerk straight in the eye and said (In her most serious tone) "I'll take these please".

The clerk who had been watching our exchange could hardly stifle the laughs. LOL
I gave in and let Diana buy her "baweens shoes".
The clerk gave her her very own bag and Diana carried
that bag around for the rest of the day proud as a peacock!
(She also has worn them all day despite the fact that they flip up in the back)
